The Other Side - 3 packages

A unique private party venue in Lebanon, perfect for guests looking to enjoy an unforgettable music experience. Our space features vibrant UV light effects, a powerful sound system, a DJ stand, a bar setup, and a cozy living/sleeping room, and the outdoor space is spacious and private. Whether you’re hosting a birthday, private party, or music event, you can bring your own DJ or request our in-house DJ (2fnad) to set the mood 🎶 Please check “other things to note” for available packages. The space The sitting room accommodates 13 seated guests, while the main room offers seating for 8 guests. The space can hold 20+ people standing, and additional seating can be arranged upon request. Also, depending on the package chosen, the living room can accommodate up to 3 people sleeping and we can also provide 2 additional folding beds upon request. N.B: We also have horse riding for the ones interested, and dogs’ boarding for the ones with their furry friend. Guest access The entire house along with the outdoors are all accessible for the guests. Other things to note We offer three package options to fit your needs: • Bar Side: Great for gatherings, with basic sound system. Includes a 6 hours rental, with extended hours available upon request. Minimum charge is $150, which covers the first 10 guests. For every additional guest, there is a charge of $5 per person. • Main Side: Perfect for parties, with a clubbing experience sound system, and UV light effects. Includes a 6 hours rental, with extended hours available upon request. Minimum charge is $200, which covers the first 10 guests. For every additional guest, there is a charge of $10 per person. • Whole Side: Enjoy full-day access to the entire space for an unforgettable experience, complete with sleeping options for added convenience. Minimum charge is $300, which covers the first 10 guests. For every additional guest, there is a charge of $15 per person.
