Nestled in the heart of Lubec village, Crow's Nest is located on the second floor of a newly renovated, spacious century-old building. Crow's Nest is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and bars as well as moments from attractions like Quoddy Head State Park (easternmost point in the contiguous United States), FDR International Park on Campobello Island, Mowry Beach Preserve and hiking trails. The space Crow's Nest features a master bedroom with king-sized bed and a smaller bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The kitchen has a sink, dishwasher and range. There is a half-bath adjacent to the kitchen as well. The bathroom includes a large shower and washer/dryer. Living spaces include a large living room with a flat screen smart TV and two sofas, a small sunny nook with a daybed and a spacious deck. Enjoy panoramic views of downtown Lubec, Lubec Channel, Lubec Narrows, West Quoddy Head, Campobello Island and Grand Manan Island from the rental. Downstairs enjoy lunch at Downeast Dog House, in season. An added convenience is a two-car EV charging station directly adjacent to the building at Lubec Library. Right across the street is Lubec Brewing Company, where you can enjoy locally-brewed beer, their sunny beer garden or a live performance by local, original musicians. Crow's Nest is within walking distance of several of Lubec's sit down eateries, including Narrow Escape Coffee, Breakwater Cafe, Cohill's Pub and Water Street Tavern. You can grab an ice cream at Love at First Light Gifts or get some cool Lubec souvenirs and crafts at Dockside Treasures. Lost your phone charger or need an eyeglass repair kit? No worries, Lubec Hardware is only one block away. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire upstairs and upstairs deck during their stay. This is a pet-free space because we are trying to maintain an environment that is allergen-minimal. We allow only service animals.
