Summer house by Trend Å and Limfjorden

Cottage of 77 m2, built in 2002 with land directly to Trend Å. 300 m to the beach and beautiful view of river and fjord from both land, terrace, living room and kitchen / living room. The house is located on a large open plot with the possibility of ball games, kite flying, etc. The space The key is in the lockbox by the house. The heat will be on when you arrive. Electricity is billed according to consumption while you are there. See more under House Rules Guest access The entire home. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m. is specified in case there are adjacent bookings. If there are no adjacent bookings, we are not critical with check-in and check-out time. Other things to note The house must be left neat and tidy and the interior waste bag emptied. BRING your own duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and dishcloths. We provide clean sheets on all three beds. All 6 duvets are 140 x 200 cm, i.e. duvets for 1 person Duvets and pillows are in boxes under the bed. Toilet paper is available for the first few days, but bring your own. No smoking indoors. Electricity consumption must be paid by the guest. The guest notes the meter upon arrival and upon departure. 1 kWh costs DKK 2, which is paid by putting the money in the drawer with knives and forks. You can also pay in euros, 1 euro = 7.50 DKK. Danish guests can pay via Mobile Pay. Distance to beach 300 meters. The house has free fishing in Trend Å right by the house and along about 300 m of river width. If - and only if - you want to fish, persons between 18 and 65 years of age must buy a fishing license determined by the government of Denmark (1 day DKK 40, 1 week DKK 130, 1 year DKK 185). Can be purchased at www (dot) fisketegn (dot) dk. Free Wi-Fi works via router in the house with fiber broadband. There is good mobile 3G and 4G internet coverage in the area for your smart phone, iPad, etc. 40" flat-screen TV with the following Danish TV channels: DR1, DR2, DR3, DR-K, DR-Ramasjang, DR-Ultra. There are no foreign TV channels. The TV is connected to a Google Chromecast, so you can stream from your own device to the TV screen. Music systems can be connected with Bluetooth to your mobile phone or tablet. There are the following board games, which are in the bookcase: Partners for 4 people, Partners for 6 people, Word Genius, Bezzerwizzer, Stikord, Sequence, Draw and Guess (A4 paper is in the bookcase), Memory Game 42 pieces, Skip Bo, Chess, Yatzy, Card games. There is NO wood-burning stove or fireplace in the house. The house has had a Panasonic heat pump installed in 2020, it is centrally located in the house and is cheap to operate. In the rooms, there are electric radiators. 2 canoes are available for guests to use (guests must bring their own life jackets, if any), paddles are available in the shed. It is permitted to sail both up and down the river and out on the fjord. In the shed, there are some red/white surveyor's poles that can be set up as soccer goals on the lawn. Footballs are in the shed. There is a gas grill (Weber Q3000) - either in the shed or on the terrace (gas bottle is in the shed). 2 bikes are available for guests. Leave the grill and bikes outside while you are there, so there is more room to get into the shed. Especially for foreign guests: The water can be drunk from the tap - it comes from Trend Vandværk, and it tastes good :-)
