Guest access Also at your disposal will be the following amenities: ⁃ fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils; ⁃ electrical appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, gas stove, electric stove, iron, etc .; ⁃ LED TV with cable TV; ⁃ free high-speed Wi-Fi; - Large living room with dining area; - recreation area / terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers; - Private large pool; ⁃ barbecue area; ⁃ parking area; ⁃ A set of towels is provided for each guest: bath, face and beach; ⁃ weekly cleaning with change of towels and bed linen is provided (see “RULES OF LIVING”). Other things to note Accommodation Rules 1. Deposit depends on the duration of the reservation mininum 300$ 2. Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. The cleaning fee that you pay when booking (2000 THB) is the payment of cleaning after your departure and preparation of the Villa for the following clients. But we can offer you a weekly change of linen and towels, for stays longer than 12 days. At your disposal is all inventory - washing machine, mop, etc. You can also order additional cleaning with the replacement of bed linen and towels for 2000 THB. 3. Electricity is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash in any convenient currency for you at the time of departure. Electricity - 8 ТНВ/ kW. 4. Check-in time after 16:00, check-out time until 11:00. But if we have the opportunity, we are always happy to give you extra time, provided that the next customer will not expect your departure and the subsequent cleaning of the room. 5. Arrival and departure, between the hours of 00:00 and 08:00 in the morning, is paid - 400 ТНВ. 6. Durian is forbidden in the room. (You can safely enjoy it on the terrace) 7. Smoking is prohibited. (Please use the terrace, because there you can relax). 8. Pets are not allowed. We love animals very much, but unfortunately we can not accept them! 9. After 10:00 pm it is forbidden to listen to loud music, in case of complaints from neighbors about it - we will have to ask you to leave your home as soon as possible without refund.
