Why rent a room when you can get a full basement?!

This place is WAY MORE than just a room; you get an ENTIRE basement to yourself! Tons of living space, quiet neighborhood living on a cul-de-sac, close to grocery, gym, movie theater, Wal-Mart/Lowe's, big neighborhood park with pickleball + a huge play area for the littles, and of course plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Very relaxing/peaceful outdoor patio/deck area with few neighbors back there. Plus, the downstairs has been recently equipped with a BRAND NEW 75" Samsung TV & a queen bed. The space Very nice 3 bed 3 bath ranch-style house. I spend almost all of my time on the main floor, meaning when you come to stay here, you will have an entire basement to yourself! Note: There is a storage room down on that level that I will occasionally need to get into, but for the most part I spend 99% of my time on the upper level. Also, you are more than welcome to use the storage space if you need to. Guest access Guests will have the entire lower level/basement to themselves for the most part (there is a storage room down there that I would need occasional access to potentially, but that's it), full use of the laundry room, kitchen, and the guest bathroom upstairs. Full use of deck/outdoor patio area. Possible access to the garage if both vehicles can fit comfortably. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker downstairs (with an assortment of various coffees), but if you need to use the kitchen upstairs for any reason, you are more than welcome to use it. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs so you have complete privacy. During your stay Guests can call/text/message anytime, or if I am home they can reach out to me in person if they prefer.
