If you are commuting, the distance is 350 meters, 5 minutes walk from the place to the main road. There is no trike or tricycle inside the subdivision however both Grab and traditional taxis are readily available in the area for your convenience. Accommodation not suitable for children. Units are located in 2nd floor and windows have no security bars. Not a good fit for children under 13. We don’t provide meals, but the kitchen is stocked with basic utensils so you can prepare snacks or light meals during your stay. When rotated, it can also monitor the adjacent vacant lot and nearby road. Side camera (East) - monitors the east side of the house. Side camera (West) - monitors the lanai area of the house. Fire exit stair - monitors the back of the house. None of these cameras are directed towards any indoor space. Guest access Wifi - Each room is connected to a central gigabit switch through a CAT6 cable terminated with a 2.4GHz access point. 100MBps is allocated for each room. Guests are allowed to replace the access point at their own expense. We cannot guarantee 100Mbps all the time but we've rolled out wired instead of Wifi/Mesh connection for each room to ensure we deliver the maximum consistent speed provided by our ISP. Laundry - Washing machine and clothes dryer. These appliances can be turned on/off from our website using your email address as your access credentials. Usage bill/cost is sent to your email address after the device is turned off. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone, appliances are set to operate daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Thank you for your understanding! TV - Netflix, Youtube, Local Channels. Smartlock - guests will be provided with PIN code to access the 2nd floor where the rooms are. Property gate and guest rooms are secured by standard keys. Parking availability is dependent on the number of rooms occupied during your stay. * The place has covered parking for 2 small cars. * The garage is elevated higher than the street level so we advice you to slow down to avoid scraping the bottom of your car. * The previous guest we had owns a stock Mitsubishi Mirage G4 (not lowered) can park with no issues. * There are plenty of street parking outside the property if the garage is occupied already by other guests. Other things to note 🌟 KITCHEN USE POLICY (STRICTLY ENFORCED) (Please read carefully before using the kitchen) Feel free to use the kitchenette inside the unit for convenience, and we ask that you kindly follow these guidelines. They help ensure a clean, comfortable space for you and future guests. ✅ CLEAN AS YOU GO Please wash all dishes, wipe down surfaces, and leave the kitchen just as clean as you found it. ⚠️ TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER WHEN COOKING Cooking while the AC is on can cause harmful steam buildup, which encourages mold and bacteria growth. This affects your health and that of future guests, but it can also cause foul odors to spread through the AC unit, making the room uncomfortable and requiring deep cleaning. 🌬️ VENTILATE PROPERLY Always open windows and turn on the rangehood before you start cooking. 🚫 PLEASE AVOID COOKING STRONG-SMELLING FOODS To keep the space fresh for everyone, we kindly ask that you avoid cooking dishes that leave strong or lingering odors including: - Dried fish - Fermented foods (e.g., bagoong, kimchi) - Curry - Grilled meats with heavy seasoning ⏳ LIMIT COOKING TIME & METHODS Please keep cooking quick and simple in this kitchenette. Avoid dishes that require long cooking times or heavy frying (e.g., fried fish, hotdogs, stir-fries). ✅ Acceptable quick meals: - Boiled, fried or scrambled eggs - Spam or meatloaf (lightly fried) 👉 For other meals, feel free to use our shared kitchen downstairs (available until 9:00 PM). 💸 IMPORTANT NOTICE If strong odors require professional deodorizing or deep cleaning (e.g., for curtains or furniture), or if appliances are damaged due to prolonged or improper cooking, we may need to charge the cost based on the service provider’s quote. In the event of a power failure, we have a backup generator to power up most of the appliances including but not limited to your AC, electric stove and fridge. The generator is not equipped with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) so there will be a delay of at least 2-5 minutes before any appliance can be turned on. Accommodation not suitable for children.
