The space Welcome in our charming cottage in Lirstal, an idyllic place in the beautiful Eifel! This cosy, modernly furnished Finnish wooden bungalow can accommodate 2 people or a family with 2 children and is ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Completely renovated, the 50-year-old wooden house combines modern comfort with rural atmosphere and offers modern equipment on 54 m2. The cottage is located in the middle of a wooded, private weekend settlement and has two welcoming bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds (140cmx200cm and 150x200cm) that ensure a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare culinary delights. The dining area sleeps 4 persons. The private garden invites you to linger, whether for breakfast outdoors, sunbathing or social barbecues. Let your evening end there with a grill and a glass of wine. The open plan living and dining area is spacious and cozy. A special ambience is provided by the high-quality pellet stove in an inviting living area with cozy sitting area and TV. The modern bathroom has everything you need for your comfort. The rooms are equipped with new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. With its approximately 300 inhabitants, the village is nestled in the gentle hills and forests of the Eifel region and is an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. What makes Lirstal so special? Pure nature: Lirstal is surrounded by idyllic forests, meadows and volcanic lakes. The fresh air and untouched landscape invite you to take long walks and hikes. Volcanic highlights: The nearby maars, such as the Pulvermaar or the Gemündener Maar, are geological jewels and offer a fascinating backdrop as well as the opportunity to swim or go boating. A shopping facility for everyday needs, including a bakery and butcher shop, can be found in Uersfeld (2 km). The house is a non-smoking house! No pets allowed here. Student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties are also prohibited in this house. The accommodation may only be rented for reasonable purposes. A few words about me: I am married, have two (almost adult) boys and work as an office worker in a furniture store. In my free time, I volunteer in the parish.
