No personal items are to be left in the public hallways nor on decks including bikes, skis, skates, coolers, tubes, firewood, Etc. 2. Trash receptacles are on the far side of the parking lot at the end of the garages. 3. Parking is for automobiles only-1 spot per unit. No trailers, campers, boats are allowed . Do not block the garages. * additional parking is located in the gravel lot across the street owned by the High Peaks Resort* ***Once renters have gone in to high peaks for a facility pass, that pass will give them access to the high peaks gated parking facilities.*** 4. No smoking allowed in unit or on the decks or patios. 5. No clothes or towels to be hung out on the deck railing. 6. 9pm -8am are designated quiet hours in our complex. 7. Renters are not permitted to bring pets.
