My place is close to a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is only a ten minute walk away (500 meters walk) where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. You’ll love my place because of its very cosy atmosphere. It s a neat summerhouse ideal for soothing vacation. It is located literally in the Sani forest, so you can relax in the front porch enjoying the sounds of the forest. My place is ideal for couples, and families (with kids), as well as solo adventurers, or small groups of friends. The space The Sani Forest Summer House is situated in the middle of a magnificent pine tree forest, just 380m. from a peaceful sandy beach. This means that the guest can enjoy nice and long walks in the beautiful surroundings, as well as the wonderful beach anytime. The summerhouse is located in a block of residences, but it enjoys an independent entrance, a separate parking space, a large garden and a wonderful porch where one can gaze upon the greenery and enjoy the serenity of the landscape. Our summerhouse is ideal for vacation from April to November. During the summer months you will enjoy the natural coolness of the forest and with regard to months April and November, we provide portable electric heaters in case it gets a bit chilly. Especially in the summer, you will find a nearby peaceful beach and On the other hand, if you are a fan of loud beach bars with lots of music and partying, you will be just a ten minute drive away from the famous beach bars of Sani resort, but you can also visit many other areas of Chalkidiki within 30 minutes of driving. Nearby (4-5 km), you will find the well established international Sani Beach Holiday Resort, with its famous Sani Marina offering a variery of restaurants, bars, and beaches to its visitors who enjoy 5 star services. There is also the annual Sani Festival where you can enjoy concerts and events watching world class artists. Guest access Our guests will be able to use all spaces of the summerhouse, along with the front porch and the large garden in front of the veranda. Moreover, there is exclusive parking space which our visitors can use during their stay. The outer storage spaces outside the house are not to be used. Other things to note You are welcome to come and enjoy your stay in our lovely home. We would very much appreciate if you could respect the serenity of the landscape especially during the after lunch hours (15:00 - 17:30) and off course during the night, given that the house is situated in a block of residences, and we prefer to maintain mutual respect with our neighbours.
