This is NOT a premium or modern rental home ! This is an older home constructed in the year 1991 and features many original furnishings, many original appliances and original infrastructure (toilets, showers, carpets, tile floors, kitchen cabinets and so on). EXCESSIVE NOISE: This rental is located in a residential location. Local law enforcement has quiet time from 22:00 hours (10PM) – 07:00 hours (7AM). Please observe this quiet time and keep noises at reduced levels. ------------------------------ COOKING BASICS: on the list of amenities we include the category “cooking basics”. The description of that category says “Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper”. This rental location will include the pots and pans, however it will not include any food or drink items. This means there will not be any salt, pepper, cooking oils or any other item that is considered to be food. This location will also not include any beverage items other than tap water.
