Welcome to our beach home! We have built this place with lots of love and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! The space Our house is a spacious beach retreat where you will find many different areas to relax and enjoy. Downstairs our open plan kitchen welcomes you as you step in through the front door. As you relax cooking dinner, you can look out towards the pool and the dining area. This area has various fans, making it an enjoyable space to escape the mid day heat. On this level we have a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The bedroom opens up towards the pool area. It features both a ceiling fan as well as an AC unit to keep you comfortable at any time of the day. There is a bathroom with shower downstairs as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside we have the pool which enjoys shade throughout most of the day, making it a wonderfully refreshing area for lounging. The upstairs features two additional bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king bed and walk in closet, and one bedroom with two twin beds and one childs bed. There is a second bathroom with shower as well as a large living area with TV. All rooms have their own AC units, making this upstairs space a cool oasis during the hottest times of the day. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and pool. Other things to note This is our home and it is a non smoking area. The house is a family home and is not appropriate for parties. Pets are not allowed without prior approval from management.
