Family house on the banks of the Dordogne with superb views a 5min walk from the port and the city center. For 8 people, this house is spacious, stylish, superbly renovated is very well-located. We've tried thinking about every detail to ensure a unique stay. We renovated this 1930s home with a lot of love and passion. We hope you like it as much as we do! The space GROUND FLOOR: - 1 fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room (outdoor terrace access) - 1 Living room - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer - 1 shower room - 1 separate WC - 1 bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be suitable for children with access to the terrace - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed with access to the patio UPSTAIRS: - 1 master suite with shower room open to the latter. Very comfortable double shower and separate WC - 1 master suite with bathroom open to the latter. Shower, bathtub, double sink and separate toilet. A little extra: superb views of the Dordogne OUTDOORS: - 1 terrace with dining area and relaxation area - access to the greenway directly in front of the house. Ideal for nice quiet walks Guest access The whole house 🏡 Other things to note LINENS Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats) are included for stays of 3 nights or more. For stays of less than 3 nights, bed linen is not included in the base rate in order to offer you a more advantageous price. You can bring your own bed linen or opt for the rental of sheets at the rate of €10 per room, per stay.
