The space Enjoy the comforts of this secure, beautifully decorated, fully air-conditioned house in a convenient location. It is meticulously clean, spacious, and quiet. A perfect base to explore Adelaide, or to relax and enjoy the multitude of local amenities. Located close to the beach, the city, and Adelaide Airport, and on a bus route (H22) to the city centre. We are just one hundred metres from the Linear Park walking trail which stretches from Athelstone to West Beach, providing access to playgrounds and plenty of places to enjoy a picnic under the established river red gums. There is a car parking space off the street and plenty of free parking in the street in front of the house. The property features a modern, light-filled kitchen and open-plan living and dining area which looks out to the large deck and private garden. The garden houses three chickens and two rabbits in secure pens. You can choose to interact with them, or ignore them if you prefer. For stays of longer than a week, the host will negotiate an appropriate time to come and check their food and water. Guests have access to two bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds with quality bed linen and new plush carpets (Jan '26). The kitchen features a dedicated work-from-home space with computer monitor ready for you to plug your laptop into via HDMI cable. Guests can request a single fold-out floor mattress, or port-a-cot if required. A sparkling full bathroom with separate bath, shower, and toilet services these bedrooms, while the laundry off the kitchen offers a second toilet. All linen and towels are provided for your stay; beach towels are available upon request. Guests enjoy full access to the kitchen, dining area, laundry, and fully enclosed back garden. Also included in your stay are those necessities like washing powder, shampoo, conditioner, soap, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee. There are many amenities: fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer to help you feel at home! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property other than one locked bedroom and the garage which is reserved for the host (however she will not be present during your stay). Bedrooms 1 and 2 both host comfortable QUEEN beds. An additional SINGLE floor mattress and/or portacot is available on request. Please let us know at your time of booking what bedding configuration your group will require. Other things to note Non-smoking household. For bookings of 1-2 guests, we will prepare Bedroom 1 for you, with the QUEEN bed. For bookings of more than 2 guests we will also prepare Bedroom 2, also containing a QUEEN bed. An additional SINGLE floor mattress is available on request. For stays of longer than one week, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to attend to the chickens and rabbits. Please switch the air-conditioner off when going out and be mindful of operating at recommended temperatures as per our House Manual. Excessive electricity use may incur an additional charge.
