Our modernly furnished apartment offers the ideal space for large families, groups, and clubs. 🛋️ Large living room (approx. 35 sqm) Cozy couch set for relaxing. Additional, comfortable sofa bed behind a fixed curtain (180 x 200 cm). Special advantage: Separated by a clever room divider – so the kids have their peace and quiet in the evening and can sleep, while the adults wind down from the day in a relaxed manner. 😉 🛏️ Two separate, spacious bedrooms Bedroom 1 (approx. 14 sqm): Equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a crib with a rail (140 x 70 cm). (Total: 3 sleeping places) Bedroom 2 (approx. 20 sqm): Equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sturdy bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). Ideal for children or friends. (Total: sleeps 4) 🛁 Bathrooms & toilets (no stress in the morning) A separate, bright bathroom equipped with both a shower and an inviting bathtub. 2 toilets: The absolute comfort highlight for groups, so there is guaranteed to be no line in the morning when getting ready for the trip! 🌳 Other highlights Beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and the farm. 24/7 snack and beverage vending machine right on the premises for a little hunger or thirst in between! Guest access 🚪 Fully flexible arrival: Check-in made easy We want your arrival to be as relaxed as possible. Therefore, we offer you two convenient options for check-in: Personal welcome: If the timing is right, we would be delighted to welcome you personally, show you the apartment briefly and hand over the keys directly. Independent check-in via key box: If you arrive later or prefer to be flexible, that's not a problem at all. There is a secure lockbox right at the property. Important regarding the process: We will send you the access code for the lockbox here via Airbnb automatically on the day of arrival, just in time for check-in. 🗝️ For your convenience: 2 keys are always provided as standard. This way, as a group or family, you can also easily split up and travel separately! Other things to note Important information for your perfect stay: 🐾 Pets are very welcome! Would you like to take your faithful four-legged friend with you on vacation? No problem with us! Pets are very welcome in the MaKi apartment by prior arrangement. 🚗 On-site parking situation There is a free parking lot directly on our farm grounds at your disposal. If you arrive with another car, it can be parked very easily and free of charge on the surrounding public streets in the residential area. 🍷 Socializing & quiet hours We would be happy if you have a great time with us! A cozy, convivial get-together in the large living room or a nice evening as a group are absolutely welcome and allowed. Since we live in a quiet residential area and live in the house ourselves, we only ask that you maintain an appropriate indoor volume from late evening onward. Wild, huge parties or bachelor parties are not permitted at our place. 👶 Family-friendly amenities Are you traveling with a baby or toddler? The crib (140 x 70 cm) is already set up and ready for you in bedroom 1. We are also happy to provide you with a high chair upon request. ☕ Your welcome package & kitchen basics Fresh linens, towels and WiFi are included. For the first day or the first hours of your stay, we provide you with free basic supplies: water, wine, coffee, tea, as well as paper towels and toilet paper. We use a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. For a longer stay, you will find all the shopping options for restocking right in the immediate area. 🍿 The 24/7 vending machine on the property Our popular snack and beverage vending machine on the property is your savior for late-night cravings! It is stocked 24/7 and can be conveniently used with cash or card.
