The apartment is part of a larger villa but the house will not be occupied at the same time as the apartment so guests will have exclusive use of the extensive pool deck, outdoor kitchen & dining areas. The space This is a newly constructed property (completed April 2025) in pristine condition. The two bedroom apartment - one double bedroom (super-king bed) and the second bedroom can be configured as a double (king) or a twin bedroom on request. Suitable for up to 4 adults. Additional baby cot or camp bed can be provided on request for an additional child (i.e. max occupancy is 4 plus 1 child). In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment also contains a modest-sized but fully-equipped kitchen / dining room/ seating area for indoor relaxing. But the real attraction of this property is the outdoor living space. Both bedrooms open up to the breezy pool deck and have beautiful sea views. You will have exclusive use of the large outdoor pool - 12 m x 4 m dimensions and 1.3m - 2m variable depths. Please note, the pool is not fenced off and it is deep (2m at the deep end) so children will require adult supervision. The pool deck also contains a well-equipped outdoor kitchen/bar with gas bbq, hob and fridge. Enjoy al fresco dining in the breezy deck gazebo and the sunsets over the sea. Private off-street parking with enough space for 2 cars (one covered space). Wifi included and there are smart TVs in each bedroom and in the kitchen/dining area which will allow you to access any of your personal TV subscription services (e.g., Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Paramount, etc.). Please note, you must log into your own TV subscriptions - access to the house owners' subscriptions is not provided. The property is within walking distance of the famous Fish Pot restaurant and local beach but a rental car is recommended if you would like to venture further. Guest access Guests will have access to the two bedroom apartment and exclusive access to the pool deck, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area and garden. Space for 2 off street parking spaces (one of which is covered). The main house will not be occupied at the same time as the apartment is occupied. Other things to note Water sports (boat tours, turtle tours, water skiing, wake boarding, inflatable water toys, water taxi, etc) can be arranged on-request with Malibu Water Sports at an additional cost.
