The space This spacious, modern retreat is the perfect blend of comfort and nature, offering a peaceful environment while still being close to popular Waco attractions like Homestead Heritage (15 minutes away) and Magnolia Market (25 minutes away). With a range of amenities on the property and just a short drive from local restaurants and shopping, you'll experience the best of both worlds. Our two-bedroom shop house offers a spacious king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom. The comfortable living room features a pullout couch with a queen bed and TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen or dine at the table in the dining area. Need to freshen up? The master bath is equipped with all the essentials, and a half bath is conveniently located in the shop. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, a pantry, and a closet for ultimate convenience. Step outside and immerse yourself in nature! Guests can enjoy your private shop, which features an indoor pickle-ball court, ping-pong table, and exercise equipment for hours of fun. The outdoor space includes a 6 person Hot Tub, propane grill for cooking, three swings for relaxing, a fire pit with wood and chairs, and a picnic table. Looking for more outdoor activities? You’re in luck! Our property has a nature trail to explore, a disc golf basket to challenge your skills, two kayaks for river adventures, two river tubes for relaxing in the water, and fishing gear for those who love to fish. Take in the scenic beauty of the Brazos River while watching local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, and a variety of fish. Whether you're here for a peaceful retreat or to explore the attractions of Waco, our shophouse is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories. Guest access The whole property is available to you including the connected shop, living areas, fire pit, nature trail, and river. We ask that you do not go upstairs above the living space as it stores components of the A/C unit. We also ask that you do not tamper or touch any tractors or equipment that are under the left awning connected to the shop. There is a property map on site that shows you the river access and the property lines to make sure you do not accidentally trespass. Other things to note We live on the property, so if there is anything you need, feel free to ask, and we will be there to help! Also, we recommend that you always wear shoes outside for your safety. The WiFi can sometimes be on the slower side at our Air Bnb, but guests have found it to be a great opportunity to escape from technology and devices.
