Welcome to our charming cottage of about 70 m² with two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Patio 1 of 100 m² is equipped with dining table, chairs, hammocks, barbecue, stove and pizza oven – everything you need for lovely summer days! On the property, there is a trampoline and at terrace number 2 there is also a sauna. The house is 500 meters from the sea (jetties) and about 1 km from a sandy beach with a trampoline. For the active, there is also a soccer field nearby! The space Take the chance to experience an idyllic stay in our charming house of approximately 70m². It has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. In one bedroom there is a TV with a chromecast. In the living room are one sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table with 5 chairs & 2 high chairs and a fireplace. There is also another TV with chromecast. In the kitchen there is a stove/oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and most things you might need. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine. Patio 1 of 100 m² is equipped with dining table, chairs, hammocks, barbecue, hob and pizza oven – everything you need for lovely summer days! On the large plot (2000 m²) the children can play freely, jump trampoline or just enjoy. The sauna located by the terrace number 2 is a perfect addition for total relaxation, next to this there is also an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. If there are more than 4 of you, you will have access to the guest house on the property, which has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The house is located 500 meters from the sea with jetties and about 1 km from a sandy beach with trampoline. For the active, there is also a football field within easy walking distance. On Midsummer's Eve, you can also enjoy a much appreciated celebration nearby – a traditional dance around the midsummer pole of the day with lottery & sales and live music and dancing in the evening. An electric car charger is available at cost price. Guest access The whole house and everything that goes with it. For large groups, a 30 sqm annexe is available. Other things to note Cleaning is not included. The guest cleans the house before check-out and leaves it in the same condition as when checking in. Cleaning supplies are available! Sheets, towels and consumables are not included!
