Our modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove w/oven, fridge, and Keurig, all brand new. Enjoy amenities like central air & heating, W/D ,fans throughout, cozy fireplace, and an outdoor pool (weather permitting). Entertainment options include books, puzzles, and board games. Close to area attractions. The space Spacious living room with 50”HD tv and entertainment center with fireplace. Desk for working area with wi-fi. Keyboard with some music manuals. Two bedrooms with cozy queen mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen with new stove and self defrosting refrigerator, microwave and Kuerig coffee maker. Coffee, teas with multiple choices, sugar and sweeteners and several flavors of creamer. Complete set of dishes and silverware, pots and pans, and set of knives. The complete house has filtered water, but there is also bottled water for your enjoyment. New washer and dryer and detergent sheets, also fabric softener sheets. Over six acres for you to enjoy, and there are two horses that will beg for treats. We have a covered patio with seating and a dining set for you to enjoy, as well as outdoor games for you to use. Last but not least, there is a pool that you’re welcome to use, weather permitting. Guest access You’re welcome to walk around and enjoy all of our property. Our horses always enjoy seeing our guests. Other things to note We have self check in to enable you to have immediate access to the cottage upon your arrival.
