Mainline Philadelphia location, stay in a charming stone house surrounded by woods. Close to the Merion Golf Club, Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova, and Ardmore, Newtown Square, Broomall, Marple areas. Private parking behind the house. The space This is clean, comfortable private en suite room particularly suited for a single or couple who maybe on business or visiting at one of the local colleges or possibly a family member visiting The Quadrangle Retirement Community. The room has a double bed and a step-in shower in the en suite bathroom. Guest access The guest will have access to the kitchen area. It's a shared house, guests have access to living and dining areas. During your stay Guests should text me their ETA, I often doing errands near by so we can meet in the driveway or notify about 20 or so min me before arrival. Please tell your GPS the entire address, make sure you use HAVERFORD, 19041. This area has many townships using the same roads and house numbers, avoid going to the wrong address by typing in the correct zip code. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This house is located in Haverford. The zip code is 19041. When traveling from the airport / 476 coming from Rt 3 West Chester Pike then onto Marple Rd you may first come across a normal looking house marked 212 in Broomall- this is NOT IT, do not knock on their door! But continue over the bridge into Haverford. Look for 212 second driveway on the left. Coming from the south you must come over the bridge, continue past the sign for Haverford Recreation and Environmental Center. Second driveway on the left -black mail box 212 N Marple Rd. Guests please enter the correct town & zip code when using your GPS - the correct house will be about 1.5 miles from (McDonald's) Rt 3 /West Chester Pike; second driveway on the left AFTER the bridge or Darby Creek Rd. .................driving from the North When coming from Marion Golf Course, Ardmore or Darby Rd or Haverford College it is second driveway on the right BEFORE the bridge. Keep your eyes open for 212, go slow not to miss the slightly hidden driveway. The house has a long driveway and a parking is in the rear.
