Enjoy a large terrace with a large garden in a peaceful and spacious environment. You have a nice view of the mountains and the village. Ideally located, close to the amenities of the center of Octon (grocery store, restaurants, bars, post office, library, market). The house is located at the foot of hiking trails (walking and cycling), 2 km from Lake Salagou and 8 km from the Cirque de Mourèze. The space The vacation rental consists of two semi-detached houses communicating through the large terrace. It offers 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a mezzanine. There are 5 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. To access the mezzanines, there is a small ladder. Avoid for people with reduced mobility or small children. Guest access The place is fully available. The same goes for the terraces and garden. To get to the house, you have to take the moorland path (opposite the town hall) and go to the parking lot. Once in the parking lot, you will have access to the house. Other things to note We offer a small grocery store in the accommodation with our homemade products from the garden (ratatouille, jam, tapenade, wine...) as well as vegetable baskets. There is ample communal parking right next to the property. It's possible to park several vehicles.
