This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests and is located just 10 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva’s beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The first floor features a bright, open kitchen with an island, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The living room’s fireplace adds a warm touch, with an adjoining dining area that seats 10 - perfect for dinners or game nights. The sun-filled family room opens directly to a large outdoor deck, complete with a propane grill, and plenty of seating. For added convenience, the first floor includes a queen bedroom, perfect for guests who prefer single-level accommodations. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: • A bunk room with a twin-over-full bed, perfect for kids or extra guests • A queen bedroom with its own private bathroom • A spacious twin bedroom with two twin beds A second full bathroom is located in the hallway, and a laundry room on this level makes handling towels and clothes a breeze. The lower-level walk-out provides a large, casual living space with a big-screen TV. This is an ideal space for movie nights, gaming, or relaxing after a day exploring the Lake Geneva area. The home is equipped with central air conditioning to beat the heat. Outdoors, you’ll enjoy space to gather, grill, and unwind beneath the canopy of mature landscaping and trees.
