Small family house in Shela

Kahindi takes care of laundry, shopping, cooking and more. He stays at the ground floor and has been helping out since the house was built. There is a Starlink Internet connection dedicated to the house. Please ask Kahindi for details. The space The main space on the 2nd floor almost always gets some breeze. This is where we spend most of our time, where we eat and relax on sofas or mattresses. This floor has a gate that can be closed for toddler security. Putting a few harder pillows together will also prevent toddlers from trying to get to the rooftop. The kitchen is just next to the dining area. It has a gas cooker, a fridge/ freezer, blender, toaster and all cooking utensils required. There is one bedroom on each floor and they are more or less identical. 6x7 feet bed, adjacent bathroom with shower, shelves and hangers. The main space on the first floor has a desk, two daybeds and an additional smaller bed suitable for older children or an adult. The rooftop now features a lounge with a minimal ocean view. There are plenty of books (most in Swedish, some in English), children's toys and toddlers chair for eating. There is also a toddler bed that can be placed under the mosquito net in any of the two bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to everything except a small store on the 1st floor (and the ground floor apartment with a separate entrance where Kahindi stays). Other things to note There is no dedicated hot water in the house but the water heats up during the day and is perfect for the after-beach shower before sunset. Boat transfers to and from the airport are not included but we can arrange a boat for you. It's 1500KES for up to 3 ppl and 2000KES 4 and above . Price is for airport pickup only. You can arrange a return boat with the captain or Kahindi.
