5 bedroom cottage overlooking Sturgeon Bay which you can explore with the paddleboards or hiking the forest. 1000 sq foot deck is great for hanging out in the sun all day. Newly renovated garage with ping pong table and dart board. Wifi allows you to work from the cottage and the private beach is perfect for Spikeball or volleyball. There is fantastic fishing on the lake and plenty of dock space for a boat. This cozy cottage is easily accessed through a water taxi which takes minutes. The space Each room is spacious and private. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a crib and storage for clothing. The second bedroom has a double bedroom that is also very private. Perfect for two couples. Upstairs, there is a queen bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other, overlooking the bay. There is also a private bunkie with a double bed and plenty of storage for clothing. There is a large kitchen with utensils, stovetop, air fryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and a blender to mix up those summer time beverages. Large kitchen table perfect for family meals and an open concept living room so you can keep an eye on your kids or friends. The large 1000 sq ft deck is also great for outdoor meals or relaxing as it gets sun all day long. There is also a deck out back with a BBQ for grilling. There is also 2 SUPs and 2 kayaks available to explore the area. Guest access Cottage is a 5 minute boat ride from Sturgeon Bay Marina to the cottage. Taxi service is available from the marina but make sure to call ahead. THEY CLOSE AT 6Pm. Boats can also be rented from the marina. I can also accommodate most pick up and drop offs. Other things to note Newly installed WIFI and a work space. Cottage includes 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, and a canoe. There is also an outbuilding games room with a ping pong table, dart board, and 2nd fridge.
