Need an overnight stop only .5 miles from I-70. This spacious 4-bedroom 2 bath home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Outdoor grill and dining, coffee bar, and fully stocked kitchen to cook with. Just relax and enjoy the small town of Dorrance. Cleaning fee included. Hunters Welcome The space This property is fully stocked with all plates, cups, pot and pans, crockpot, silverware, bedding, towels, and outdoor furniture. There is even a spare refrigerator in the garage for your extra cold beverages. You will love the quiet town of Dorrance and its quick access to the lake for fishing, swimming, boating and hiking. If you are a hunter there are several walk in hunting locations in the area. If you just want to relax in a quiet, cozy and friendly atmosphere this home is for you. The house has two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a twin/full bunkbed with a pullout trundle. One bathroom has a tub and shower and the only bathroom has a shower. The house has easy access with three stairs on the porch and a handrail. There are washers and dryers on site in the laundry room. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $25. We just ask that no pets are allowed on the beds or furniture. We would love to host you and your guest in our amazing home!! Guest access This is a 1500 square foot home that our guests have full access to.
