Little ones won’t count toward your guest total, making this a family-friendly option for all ages. ACCESS & AMENITIES: Guests will have the entire home to themselves, including laundry facilities. Parking includes one driveway spot and additional space near the mailbox, with extra street parking available further down the road. We ask for courtesy when parking to avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways. GARAGE: The detached garage is not available for guest use. PLEASE NOTE: There was just a change in ownership, but nothing has changed with the home and new owners are dedicated to maintaining the same exceptional rating. GOOD TO KNOW: Accessing the home requires climbing about 40 steps, which may be difficult for guests with mobility challenges. WI-FI READY: High-speed internet ensures seamless work or streaming for multiple users. EXTENDED STAYS: Discounts are available for stays of 30 days or longer. IMPORTANT INFO: City Tax: A required 12% transient occupancy tax applies to stays under 30 days. This fee will appear at booking and is remitted to the City of Sonora.
