Enjoy the beautiful terrace with its magnificent mountain and slope views. The triplex apartment has a bedroom, mezzanine, dormitory and living room with sofa bed and sleeps up to 10 people. The space Enjoy and Stay offers this beautiful apartment 5 minutes' walk from the central square of Valberg and the slopes. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a "dormitory" room in the basement where several beds are available (2 double beds and two bunk beds). The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and dishwasher. The living room, very bright, facing south, has a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for 6 to 8 people. With the dormitory room, it offers a capacity of up to 10 people or more. However, comfort will be limited if there are more than 6 of you. It is essential to give us the exact number of people when you book so that we can provide the necessary linen because the apartment is prepared for 6 people by default. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment has a beautiful terrace ideal for eating in summer or on sunny days in winter. The residence is located opposite the mountain on the heights of the resort, a few minutes' walk from the center (about 500 meters) or by shuttle that passes in front of the residence regularly (in season only). You will appreciate the very quiet environment and the magnificent view. Please note, the apartment is configured as a triplex. There are many stairs and access to the dormitory is via a very steep staircase. The apartment is therefore not recommended for people with limited mobility. Towels and bed linen is provided. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people, but it is designed for optimal use by 6. The hot water tank contains 200 liters. If there are more than 6 of you, you will have to take quick showers and divide the showers between the morning and evening by turning the water heater on, otherwise the hot water will run out. Guest access You will have access to the apartment and its terrace privately. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 will be required. It will be done by bank imprint.
