Beautiful apartment in a building on the heights of Valberg, ideally located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from all shops and ski slopes. Enjoy the lovely terrace with its magnificent view of the mountains and the slopes. The triplex apartment has one bedroom, a mezzanine, a dormitory and a living room with a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The space Enjoy and Stay offers you this beautiful apartment, a 5-minute walk to Valberg's central square and the slopes. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a "dormitory" room in the lower level where several beds are available (2 double beds and 2 bunk beds). The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and a dishwasher. The very bright living room, facing south, has a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for 6–8 people. With the dormitory room, it offers a large capacity. However, comfort will be limited if you come with more than 6 people. It is essential to let us know the exact number of guests when you book so that we can provide the necessary linens, as the apartment is prepared for 6 people by default. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment has a beautiful terrace that is perfect for having meals in summer or on sunny days in winter. The residence faces the mountain on the upper part of the resort, a few minutes' walk from the center (about 500 meters) or by shuttle that passes in front of the residence regularly (in season only). You will appreciate the very quiet environment and the beautiful views. Please note that the apartment is configured as a triplex. There are many staircases, and access to the dormitory is via a very steep staircase. The apartment is therefore not recommended for people with limited mobility. Bed linen and towels provided. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people, but it is designed for optimal use by 6. The hot water tank holds 200 liters. If you are more than 6, you will have to take quick showers and spread out the showers between morning and evening by putting the water heater on boost mode, otherwise there will not be enough hot water. Guest access You will have access to the apartment and its terrace privately. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 will be required. It will be done by bank imprint.
