Comfort in the Rooms: The property features two carefully prepared bedrooms to ensure a good night's rest. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a practical single box, ideal for families or small groups. In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed perfect for accommodating children with tranquility and privacy. We can provide single mattresses for extra guests. Both rooms have very powerful wall fans, providing a cool and comfortable environment, even on the hottest days. Cozy Room: The living room provides an ideal environment for moments of relaxation or socializing. Whether it's to watch TV (we have cable TV with dozens of channels), read a good book (we have a small collection of diverse books), or share pleasant conversations, you will have a space to enjoy. Gather in the Breakfast Room: The pantry is a special highlight of the house, perfect for family gatherings or group meals. With an inviting atmosphere, it's the ideal place to share special moments around the table. It is also the ideal environment for moments of relaxation: how about relaxing with a good wine or enjoying the company of friends and family in a small but very cozy space? Kitchen for Quick Meals: The kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare delicious meals. We have basic utensils, a microwave, and a water filter, ensuring that you have comfort and practicality during your stay. Bathroom and Service Area: The property also has a bathroom in addition to a covered laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, at your disposal, for greater convenience during your stay. Outdoor Area and Garage Outside, there is a small yard, ideal for your pet! In addition, we offer a small covered garage for compact vehicles (up to 3.50 m long), ensuring safety and comfort for guests arriving with their own vehicle. All accommodations and areas of the house are for the exclusive use of the guests, without any kind of sharing. Other things to note The garage, although covered and secure, is small and accommodates vehicles up to 3.5 meters long (ideal for compact cars). We recommend that guests check the dimensions of their vehicles before making the booking to avoid inconvenience. Important information about the outlets: We would like to inform you that all outlets in the property are 220 volts. Please be aware when using electronic devices that are not compatible with this voltage, for your safety and comfort.
