Our cozy home welcomes you to stay while visiting St. Louis or the Belleville area. This charming brick house sits on a 3/4 acre lot overlooking a 7-acre lake. We are within walking distance to the following resources: a grocery store, hardware store, doctor's office, hair salon, restaurants, and more. Homeowners live on property. Pets on property (one cat, one small dog-Havadoodle) The space We enjoy sharing our home with others, but we live here too! So please respect quiet hours at 10:30pm during the week and 11:30pm on the weekend. Also please pick up after yourself in shared spaces and turn lights off after leaving the room. Thanks! Guest access Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the back patio or in the sunroom, watch TV in the family room, or sit by the fireplace in the living room. During your stay We will interact with you as much as you would like! Please feel free to ask any questions by calling or texting my cell phone when we are not home. :) Other things to note Surveillance or recording devices on property - Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very exclusive! For added peace of mind, we have security cameras monitoring all entrances to our home.
