Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom suite in London! This suite boasts two en-suite bathrooms and offers a total of 3 beds—2 double beds and 1 sofa bed—providing ultimate comfort. Ideal for groups of up to 5, whether you're here for a short city break or a long-term stay. Conveniently located, the Redbridge London Underground station is just a 2-minute walk away, offering easy access to the city's attractions and central London. The space This 2 bedroom suite includes: • 2 double beds – sleeps 4 • 1 sofa bed - sleeps 1 • 2 private and attached en-suite bathrooms • Shared kitchen - includes washing machine and dryer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans. • Steam Iron, hair dryer, fresh linen/bed sheets/towels are provided. ============= Check-in & Check-out Policy: Please note that early check-in before 1pm is NOT available. However, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change, and we are happy to accommodate any requests for early check-in at a charge of £20 per hour, subject to availability. Check-out time is 11am. Late checkout after 11am is not possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest access During your stay you have full private access to two rooms - 'En-suite room 1 + En-suite room 2', located on the first floor. • Access to a shared kitchen. • 2 private bathrooms. COOKING HOURS: ================ Cooking hours is between 7am-8pm in the shared kitchen. Should you require cooking outside of these hours - IT IS POSSIBLE - subject to prior approval from the host via messaging. Simply send a message to the host before you cook. This is to protect against fire hazards. COOKING CONDITIONS: ==================== You must ensure that the following conditions are met when you are cooking: 1. You must NOT leave the cooker on and left UNATTENDED and UNSUPERVISED under any circumstance. 2. You must turn the cooker fan on full power and keep all windows open. 3. Turn OFF all appliances once your cooking is complete. This is to protect against fire hazards. 4. Clean up after yourselves and ensure all dishes, pots and pans are washed after use. ================= (Note: The main entrance to the house itself is shared with other guests who will stay in their own separate rooms inside the house. The hallway of the house is shared. You will have exclusive access to your own rooms + bathrooms. During your stay This is a 24/7 self service Airbnb. However, the host is available if you need assistance to ensure you have the best experience. The host's contact number will be provided. Other things to note Parking details: • Parking on the driveway of the property is free of charge and is subject to availability at the time of your arrival. • Street parking is FREE of charge on weekdays on the single yellow line on the side street EXCEPT 1pm-2pm when restrictions apply. On weekends, street parking on the single yellow line on the side street is FREE of charge ALL DAY LONG. • Redbridge Station car park is also available, located just 2 minutes from the house and just outside Redbridge Underground station, with a daily charge of £8. ===================== EXTRA SERVICES: • Washing machine use costs £5 per wash upon request. • Dryer use costs £5 per dry upon request. • Extra cleaning/housekeeping service and extra linen is available upon request during your stay at £15 GBP per request if your booking is 3 nights or less. If your booking is 4 nights or longer, extra linen can be provided free of charge. ================ **Please do not lose your keys. Lost key replacement is chargeable at £30.** ================ 🔌 Travel Tip: The UK uses Type G 3-pin plugs, so please remember to bring your own plug adaptors to keep your devices charged and ready during your stay.
