This 70 sq m apartment is located in a quiet, new, detached villa surrounded by a large, wooded park in the hills of Salerno, known as "Tenuta dei Normanni." It's ideal for long walks in the fresh air and a relaxing stay in an elegant setting, just a 10-minute drive from the city center and 5 minutes from the highway exit/entrance. The apartment features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a table and six chairs. It also features heating, air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, a TV, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. Children's amenities, such as a crib and high chair, are available upon request. The price includes utilities, cleaning before and after guests' arrival, and a set of towels and bed linens per person. Towels are changed every three nights. In our property, about 200 meters from the accommodation, there is a pool area with a bar, open during the summer season and accessible by reservation.
