Villa des Vignes - Sleeps 12 - Jacuzzi

DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US FOR A WEEKEND RATE FROM FRIDAY TO MONDAY MORNING and/or a full week The Villa des Vignes has been tastefully designed to host groups or family gatherings, with sleeping and dining arrangements for up to 12 people. You can enjoy a large 2-seater jacuzzi to relax, a games area on the mezzanine with a foosball table, and sofas with a SMART TV. A large living room on the ground floor overlooking a large garden and a terrace that is furnished in the summer. The space We are 5 minutes from Vesoul, in the countryside, in a quiet location You enter the kitchen with a large solid wood table for 12 people. Adjacent to this fully equipped kitchen (fridge, (a 2nd one with freezer is in the garage), microwave, oven, stove with central ventilation, sink, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster) you will find a large living room area (with a sofa bed) for watching TV (Samsung 125 cm SMART TV) or enjoying your aperitifs ;) The living room leads to the large terrace equipped with a dining table for 12 and a barbecue. Armchairs are placed in the grass in summer so you can enjoy the large grassy garden. On the ground floor, you will also find a garage with a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. It can't accommodate a car, but it can definitely accommodate motorcycles or bicycles :) The large bathroom with the Jacuzzi is also on the ground floor; there are 3 small steps to access it. There you will find a large 2-seater BALBOA Jacuzzi, a large walk-in shower, a toilet area and a double sink with heated mirrors. On the second floor, you will find the 2 double bedrooms with their large 160x200 BULTEX beds, each with a large wardrobe and an office space. Each room is also equipped with a 125-cm SAMSUNG Smart TV in front of the bed. You will also find the 2nd bathroom with toilet, double sink, a large mirror and a large walk-in shower. The second floor is open-plan with a living area with a 125 cm SAMSUNG SMART TV and a large sofa bed (with a real mattress). There is also the space on the other side with the 4 single beds in the cabin ;) You will also find a foosball table and a dart game for your leisure time. The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi. Guest access Access is completely independent. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a Passpass link where you can check in. The access link is activated at check-in time on the same day. It gives you access to the GPS coordinates of the house so you can easily find it, the Wi-Fi code, and all the information you need for your stay. Entry is via a key box; the link sends you the code for your arrival. Other things to note An umbrella bed with a mattress can be provided ON REQUEST ONLY
