The Burgundian Refuge

The Burgundian Refuge located in the heart of Burgundy, in the Hautes-Côtes, 10 minutes from the Nuits-Saint-Georges highway exit, is a typical charming house. The hamlet of Concoeur is 25 minutes from Dijon and Beaune. In the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne vineyard, classified by UNESCO, you will find many activities around Nature, Gastronomy and Wine. The space Our 190m2 Burgundian house is adorned with a large open kitchen with a fireplace. A bright relaxation area leads you to the living room, where there is a bread oven, a toy chest for the children, and a remote work space. On the ground floor, behind the dining room, is the first bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a toilet next to it. Upstairs is a second attic bedroom (king size bed) opening onto a small terrace overlooking the plateau. Next door, the third bedroom has two single beds. On the landing are the bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet. Opposite, the fourth bedroom consists of a 140 double bed. Outside, the courtyard (adjacent to another small gite for 2 people who have their own separate space) has 1000 m² of terraced garden and a wooded area connecting many hiking trails. Ability to park your car in the garage in the basement of the house. Outside a barbecue, a garden furniture and sunbeds are at your disposal. You will be in this totally quiet village in the countryside. Bed linens and towels are provided. Accommodation not suitable for PMR people. Guest access The entire house is open to guests, cellars, garage, shared courtyard as well as all the rooms of the house.
