**New accommodation** Welcome to our modern and bright townhouse, located in a quiet and pleasant setting, in Villejuif (94800). The house is a 3-minute walk from the Villejuif-Léo Lagrange metro station (line 7). It is very easy to reach the tourist sites of Paris. With its 110 m² spread over two levels, this accommodation combines comfort, modernity and practicality for your business stays or family holidays. A private parking space is located at the foot of the accommodation. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. It is tastefully decorated, and furnished with high-end furniture and amenities. It extends over two levels, each designed to maximize comfort and practicality. Level 1 opens onto a large, very bright and friendly living room with: - a comfortable and spacious living room with a large TV - a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender...) - a dining table for 8 people - Bedroom 1: King-size 180 x 200 cm bed (modular in two single 90 x 200 cm beds), storage spaces - a private bathroom in the bedroom - a separate toilet On level 0, you will find night spaces with: - Bedroom 2: King-size 180 x 200 cm bed, storage spaces, television - Bedroom 3: King-size 180 x 200 cm bed, storage spaces, television - bedroom 4: queen size bed 160 x 200, two bunk beds, storage spaces, television - bathroom with bathtub - a separate toilet All bedrooms come equipped with new, high-end mattresses for maximum comfort. We provide linens, including sheets and towels. A baby cot is also available upon request, for an additional charge of €50. The request for the baby bed must be made 48 hours before check-in. In a semi-pedestrian cul-de-sac, the house offers a quiet and peaceful setting while being close to all amenities. Close to many restaurants, the Okabé shopping center, a supermarket or a gas station. Orly Airport is only a 15-minute drive and 35 minutes by metro. The Villejuif-Léo Lagrange metro (line 7) allows you to quickly reach Paris and its main tourist sites. Line 7 directly serves Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, Châtelet, Opéra...
