House / cottage in Höljes

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis in northern Värmland. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of the Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is about 3 km from Höljes, where there is a grocery store and an outdoor pool. It is a short distance to several ski resorts, Branäs (about 35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (about 50-55 minutes to Hundfjället). In addition to the house, there is also a small cottage with two beds that you can sleep in in the summer. The space The house is located right by Klarälven and offers large areas outdoors as the house is surrounded by a large meadow that adjoins forest areas. There are no direct neighbors and there is very little traffic on the small road that goes to the house. On the balcony, you can sit and drink coffee in peace and quiet and look out over the river that flows by. There is fiber optic internet and as a guest you have access to fast internet via WiFi. The house itself consists of a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a stove, oven and a small dishwasher and fridge and freezer. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils. The kitchen has a table and four chairs. From the kitchen, you have a view of the meadow and the edge of the forest. In the living room, there is a table with four chairs, TV, a sofa and an armchair. The first bedroom is next to the kitchen (no door between this room and the kitchen). In this bedroom is a bunk bed and from here you enter the bathroom. The second bedroom is adjacent to the first bedroom, there is a door between it and the first bedroom. In the second bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed. In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer. Can be rented on request. In the basement, there is a washing machine.
