This charming retreat features three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a small party room. Guests can unwind in the expansive green garden, relax on outdoor seating and swings, or enjoy the scenic views from the large balcony while listening to music or playing board games. The property also boasts a dedicated campfire area for memorable nights under the stars and ample parking space within the premises for a hassle-free stay. Our Property Our property is situated almost at the centre of Wayanad, making all major tourist spots easily accessible. It is *safe for families*, with *24x7 CCTV* surveillance. There are *3 rooms* available in the property. Access to these rooms is based on the number of guests. The *kitchen* consists of basic cookware for self-cooking, and nearby restaurants offer home delivery as well. *Campfire and barbecue* facilities are available at an extra cost. Please inform us in advance to arrange the same. *The entire home, pool,* and surrounding areas are available for guests. The home is equipped with high-speed *Wi-Fi*, providing consistent internet speed regardless of the number of users — making it an ideal location for a workcation. In case of a *power cut* (very rare), the inverter will supply power to essential lights. Please switch off all other lights and appliances to conserve backup for a longer duration. ⸻ Things to Note 1. *Check-in time:* 2:00 PM *Check-out time:* 11:00 AM Since guests get the entire property and we don’t have a waiting area, we strictly follow this timing. 2. While checking out, make sure to *return the key* to the host. 3. *Children* should not stay unattended on the property. 4. Guest behaviour should not disturb the *peace of the neighbours.* 5. Persons other than *registered guests* are strictly prohibited on the property. 6. Although the management takes responsible steps to ensure the safety and security of all guests and their possessions, guests retain final responsibility for their own *safety and security*. Hevea Gardens will not be liable for the loss or theft of money or valuables. 7. *Smoking or eating* inside bedrooms is strictly prohibited. 8. Any damage to the furniture, fixtures, or linens (including stains) during your stay will be billed to the guest. 9. Please do not bring illegal drugs or other items prohibited by the laws of the Government of India. 10. Please cooperate in conserving electricity and water to help preserve natural resources. 11. All guests must share government-approved IDs before their travel, as per government guidelines. Please share the same once you make the booking. 12. Please clean all used kitchen utensils before checkout. 13. Dispose of waste only in the designated areas. Never throw plastic waste, and put food waste in separate containers. 14. Pool timing is from 7 AM to 10 PM. Kindly follow the pool rules. 15. Playing or singing music is allowed only till 10 PM. 16. Hevea Gardens reserves the right to refuse services under the following conditions: a) When Hevea Gardens is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities or other causes of force majeure. b) When the guest fails to observe the house rules or misuses the facilities. c) When the guest is clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease. d) When the guest has made unreasonable demands or engaged in violent, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward Hevea Gardens staff or caretakers. ⸻ Please remember, this is a farmstay and not a luxury hotel. You will get clean rooms, bathrooms, and all the mentioned amenities.
