Our silver grade3 Bedroom, is situated on the popular area of Gorse Hill, we are a 2 minute walk from the main complex and a 5 minute walk from the beach, we have a huge decking area, with outside seating, with amazing sea views, private parking for 2 cars, Pet Friendly and we provide free wi-fi* - We are completely re-decorating the interior of the van, we have new carpets and vinyl throughout, new table and chairs, updated photos will be added once completed at the start of the 2025 season The space Our silver grade 3 Bedroom, is situated on the popular area of Gorse Hill, we are a 2 minute walk from the main complex and a 5 minute walk from the beach, we have a huge decking area, with outside seating, with amazing sea views, private parking for 2 cars, one to the side of the caravan and one in front. We are also Pet Friendly and we provide free wi-fi* - We are completely re-decorating the interior of the van, we have new carpets and vinyl throughout, new table and chairs, updated photos will be added once completed at the start of the 2025 season The caravan has an open-plan layout in the main living area. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out sofa-bed), a gas fire, storage cupboards There are a set of front-opening patio doors which lead onto the decking. The kitchen is fully equipped and is built around a large dining table. The kitchen comes with a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, a gas cooker & hob (with extractor), a free-standing table with 6 chairs, and lots of storage cupboards an  plenty of work-space. The caravan has three large bedrooms (one double and 2 twins). The master bedroom is the full width of the caravan and has lots of floor-space and storage, and comes with an Ottoman style storage bed, and an en-suite toilet, large double-wardrobes, a large dressing table, bedside cabinets, and overhead lockers. The twin rooms each have 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and overhead storage lockers. A family wash-room with a double-shower, toilet and sink. Please note scooters are not allowed to be rode on the decking due to damage caused, failure to adhering to this will result in the loss of your damage bond Extras Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities,  you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar Please note – we are a self catering accommodation only YOU MUST PAY FOR PASSES TO DO SWIMMING ANY ON SITE ACTIVITIES AND TO USE THE ENTERTAINMENT Please note, we DO NOT provide sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers as standard, but for a separate fee (maximum of £40) we can provide freshly laundered bedding . We DO provide quilts and pillows. We DO NOT provide towels, tea towels, cleaning products, toilet rolls and toiletries. Therefore you will need to bring them with you.
