Storhogna

On the way up to Soltoppen in Storhogna, you will find this spacious newly-built villa, a high-altitude property overlooking Kalfjället where the sun is always shining. From the property, you can easily get to cross-country skiing, the track passes the Soltoppen area, the connecting lift to Klövsjö from Solbacken and 3 minutes away is the activity house Storhogna M, which offers everything from bowling, gym, grocery store 24/7, restaurant and bar, SkiStarshop with ski rental and SkiPass sales. The space From Storhogna M there is also the mountain lift that takes you up to the child-friendly slopes of Storhognafjället, the distance from the cottage is 3 minutes by car. There is also a connecting lift to the ski area in Klövsjö from Storhogna M that takes about 10 minutes. If you want to go skiing in Vemdalsskalet, you can get there by car or ski bus, takes about 10 minutes. Björnriket can be found a few minutes further away from Vemdalsskalet. For those who wish to go cross-country skiing, the tracks are a stone's throw away from the cottage, this also applies to fantastic hiking trails in summer. Storhogna Högfjällshotell & Spa is also located 3 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy a better dinner in the hotel's restaurant or visit their Spa with a large pool, large hot tub, sauna, treatments or a drink in the bar. The cottage is new and fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower, sink and toilet. In one bathroom there is also a sauna. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with beds in the sizes 180 cm, 160 cm and 140 cm. A simpler extra bed is also available to fold out if required. Bed linens and towels are not included. More pictures will be posted shortly. Other things to note Cleaning of the cottage must be taken care of by yourself, a checklist will be sent out to you before arrival. If you want to order a cleaning from one of the cleaning companies in Vemdalen, we can help with who you should contact. The cottage is located close to the garbage station, where all garbage must be disposed of before departure, the code will be sent out before arrival. During the peak season, we only accept weekly bookings and otherwise 3 nights minimum. If there are other requests, you can let us know with a request. During Christmas and New Year, prices are slightly higher per night. WIFI, X-Box One, as well as card games and board games are available in the cottage. A gas grill with a gas tube is available in the cottage, the grill is easy to take on excursions by car (not hiking). There is a storm kitchen and some other equipment for hiking, however, you need to provide a smaller gas tube yourself.
