Very beautiful and spacious villa, quiet, ideally located in the heart of Provence (in the village of La Bouilladisse 25 minutes from Cassis (visit of the calanques) or the seaside resort of La Ciotat, 20 minutes from Aix en Provence and 30 minutes from Marseille) and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Escape to the Sainte Baume or Sainte Victoire, walk by the sea, this house will allow you to fully enjoy this beautiful Provence. The space The rented part of the house sleeps up to 13 and consists of: on the ground floor: • a large air-conditioned « living» area comprising : - a large living room equipped with a large sofa, a beautiful fireplace, a flat screen TV (international channels), a DVD player and a table football, - a small living room facing the bay window giving access to the outdoor terrace which gives it great brightness, - a large fully equipped kitchen with : a microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, espresso machine, hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils... There are two dining tables for 13 people. • two bedrooms with double bed, • modern bathroom, with large walk-in shower, two basins and separate toilet. upstairs •an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a small desk if you need to work •a large air-conditioned bedroom (ideal for children) with a double sofa bed, two single beds and a bed drawer (five seats in all), small desks. •a large air-conditioned "games room» with games and toys available but also a two-person click. •Modern bathroom with corner bathtub, two washbasins and separate toilet. •A library with books and comics available The basement of the house includes an apartment that is not part of the rental and that we occupy. Full end-of-stay housekeeping is mandatory for a surcharge of €60. However, dishes, barbecue cleaning, bins, bed linen removal and minimum cleanliness are the responsibility of the tenant. Bedding and linen, bath towels are available and included in the price of the rental. A dog is welcome if he stays outdoors in the garden Of course, you will have access to high-speed WiFi! Guest access The villa is on 3 floors. You will have exclusive access to the upper two floors, terrace and pool. We live in an independent apartment in the basement of the villa. The garden is shared. Other things to note Facing south, comfortable, very spacious (300 m2 habitable) with a very large terrace of 120 m2 on a wooded and fenced plot of 1500m2 (almond, olive, plum, fig, pine,...). Beautiful secure swimming pool (rectangular from 10m by 5m (depth 1.10m to 1.50m)) that is intended for you with deckchairs and a Bali gazebo. Outdoor tables for 13 people, gas barbecue, children's area (slides, swing, trampoline), ball court. Nearby : pharmacy, bakery, primeur, butcher shop, supermarket. Possibility to park several cars.
