If cooking is not your fancy, Ocean Blue is a short drive to many restaurants, take outs and cafes. Evenings are for making memories and you can do just that around a propane fire table or while soaking in the hot tub under the stars. Simply unwind and reset. Boasting 3+1 ( 2 queen, 2 double) bedrooms with cozy double and queen sofa beds in the downstairs living space, Ocean Blue can accommodate 10 - 12 people comfortably. The spacious open concept living room and ground level rec room are ideal spaces for young and old alike. The main floor master bedroom is truly a relaxation retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the front deck through the walk out garden doors or unwind in a spa like ensuite with such amenities heated towels, in floor heating, double vanity, modern soaker tub and separate spacious shower. There are 2 additional full bathrooms, also with in flooring heating. Enjoy complementary WIFI and smart TVs in all bedrooms and common living spaces. There is also a Poker Table located in the Basement Living Room.
