Brookside Dairy

Enjoy expansive views over Brookside farm from our cozy hilltop Dairy conversion. Wake up to watch the sunrise over the hilltop, and enjoy breakfast under the pergola while horses graze nearby. This cosy two bedroom offers views, plush beds, a full gourmet kitchen, a wood heater, outdoor dining and full laundry facilities. Perfect for families or several friends travelling together. Travel cot and highchair are available. Unfortunately no pets are permitted due to farm bio security. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to a self contained two bedroom Dairy building, located in a private paddock on a hilltop. Guests can access the immediate fenced area around the Dairy. Guests are NOT permitted to enter any paddocks, cross fences, open gates or go onto neighboring paddocks under any circumstances. Other things to note Please note that you will be staying on a working farm, which also neighbors other working farms. This means: -The scenery will be seasonal (drought=dry paddocks, rain=muddy conditions) -Animals, machinery and people will be in and around paddocks -There can be smells, ranging from normal animal smells, to seasonal pollen, to farmers in the area using manure based fertilizer We manage the farm outside the hours of our guest stays, and we also try to close availability if something will make a stay less enjoyable....BUT please note we don't always have advance notice for weather, neighbors activities, emergencies etc.
