The space 🏡 The Space As you step into the unit, you’re welcomed by a thoughtfully designed Nordic–Japanese inspired open-layout space, where simplicity, warmth, and functionality come together. Near the entrance, you’ll find the kitchenette, equipped with an induction cooker, rice cooker, and essential cooking supplies, making light meal preparation easy and convenient. A microwave, toaster, and a complete set of utensils are also provided, perfect for both short and long stays. Moving further inside, the space opens into a cozy yet versatile living area. A bar counter sets the mood with soft lighting, complete with wine glasses and a high chair, creating an inviting spot for casual dining, evening drinks, or relaxed conversations. This area also serves as an entertainment corner where guests can comfortably enjoy television viewing. Adjacent to this is a refrigerator, spacious enough to store food and essentials for extended stays. The sleeping area is arranged openly within the unit, featuring two queen-sized beds positioned on either side of a central window, allowing natural light to gently fill the space. Beside the beds, accessible closets blend seamlessly into the design, offering convenient storage without compromising the clean aesthetic. At the foot of the beds, a multi-functional space awaits—perfect for studying, working, dining, or simply lounging, adapting easily to your needs throughout the day. For added comfort and privacy, the bathroom area is divided: the toilet and sink are in a separate comfort room, while the shower area is enclosed in its own space, allowing multiple guests to use the facilities comfortably. Each booking also comes stocked with essential guest amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and slippers, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free stay. Designed to be both stylish and practical, this open-concept unit offers a serene, well-balanced environment—ideal for rest, creativity, and everyday living. ✨🌿 Other things to note 🕰️ Booking & Stay Details To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly share the following booking guidelines: We now accept one-night stays, with slightly stricter time arrangements to allow us ample time to prepare the unit for incoming guests. Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 NOON ✨ Early check-ins may be accommodated when possible, especially for guests arriving on early flights. Please feel free to message us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. ⏰ Late check-outs, however, cannot be accommodated. Preparing the unit for the next guest is essential, and any delay will result in a ₱500 charge, regardless of the number of hours exceeded. 🏡 For Longer Stays (2 Nights or More) Our original minimum two-night stay remains flexible, allowing guests more freedom with arrival and departure times. Default access passcodes are typically set between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any extension requests should be communicated at least 2 hours before the original check-out time to ensure availability. 💬 Guest Support & Communication We’re always happy to assist.
