You will find everything that you need even for a long-term stay. Rest well in the bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm). Bed linen is provided. Clothes can be stored in the wardrobe. Get comfortable on the sofa and on the armchair in the living room. Enjoy the Smart TV with free Nextflix and other apps. Please note: the sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. If, in addition to the double bed in the bedroom, a sleeping option is required in the living room, it can get set it up with a comfortable, high-quality folding mattress on request. In this case, please let me know as soon as possible. Kitchen area in the living room provides equipment for cooking and dining, stove (2 induction fields), oven. The refrigerator has an ice compartment. Washer-dryer available. Detergent, softener and laundry disinfectant provided as well as flat iron and ironing board. Bathroom with toilet, shower and towel warmer. Towels, Soap, Shampoo&Conditioner provided. The floor heating can be individually controlled for each room. Guest access You will find the keys stored inside a keylocker. Information with the steps for self-check-in are provided. Please enter the building complex through the outside gate directly next to the mailboxes, then straight ahead through the tunnel to the back. You will find the building entrance on the right hand side. Then either go up the stairs or take the elevator to the 1st floor. Apartment no. 1b is located to the right of the staircase and elevator. Other things to note The Check-in and Check-out time can be adapted if needed (depending on the availability of the apartment for other bookings). I would like to point out that the sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. If, in addition to the double bed in the bedroom, a sleeping option is required in the living room, I can set it up with a comfortable, high-quality folding mattress on request.
