Located in the peaceful village of Umpeau less than an hour from Paris in Eure-et-Loir, the gite Beau-Lieu invites you to enjoy a quiet stay on the farm, ideal for relaxing. Perfect for 6-7 people, this cottage is the perfect place for a family getaway (with children), with friends, or for a business trip sinceit is in direct proximity to the D910/A 10/A 11 axes. The cottage is fully equipped, bed and bath linens are provided. Cleaning fee included The space On the ground floor: Living room with open kitchen, living room with TV, sofa and coffee table, 8-person table and chairs, pellet stove. Here are the amenities in the kitchen: a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker (some pods provided), a Monsieur Cuisine food processor, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a toaster. Other amenities: a vacuum cleaner, an iron + ironing board. Barbecue. Games room (unheated) ping pong table, foosball and children's pool table, rowing machine and elliptical bike. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed 140 x 200 + a baby crib, bedroom 2 with a double bed 160 x 200, bedroom 3 with a double bed 140 x 200 + a single bed 90 x 200. A small living room/games room with sofa bed (bed linen not provided for this extra bed). A remote work area Children's Amenities: a wooden high chair, a crib with a real mattress (bed linen to be provided), safety barrier that can be installed at the top of the stairs. Guest access Entire accommodation + private outdoor space with table, chairs and garden furniture. Private parking in the farmyard. Secure access with gate opening using a beep provided upon arrival.
