East Barn- Luxury Countryside Home

East Barn is the perfect countryside holiday home, combining stunning views with rustic charm & modern comfort, offering an exceptional escape into nature. Nestled in a beautiful location at the foot of Bredon Hill & The Cotswolds. With open plan kitchen/living & dining spaces it makes the barn perfect for family & friends to get together. Guests can enjoy this extraordinary barn with its unique layout and charm, relax in your own private hot tub and soak in the beautiful surrounding scenery. The space When you pull up to East Barn you will be met with the beauty and tranquillity of the farm. There is ample parking for 4/5 cars. This 6 bedroom barn boasts from a unique layout with two separate homes in one. You will enter the barn through the large glass doors into the stunning open plan kitchen/dining space. This part of the barn has two living spaces, one with a large smart TV, log burner and games. The second living space is glass fronted with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Upstairs is a main bathroom with large bath tub and a separate shower, plus three beautiful bedrooms. Bedroom one is a king size room with ensuite and views of Dumbleton Hill, bedroom two with double bed and built in wardrobe, bedroom three with the option of two single beds or one king size bed. Tucked away at the top of the barn is an additional double bedroom. Further into the barn is a space which if guests wish can be its own separate entity or it can easily become part of the barn as a whole. This part of the barn comprises of a kitchen/utility space with downstairs WC. A beautiful living room, King size bedroom with a large ensuite featuring a sunken jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a maisonette space with a small seating area and a king size bed (this is a low floor bed). To access this maisonette area guests will need to climb a ladder style staircase which may not be suitable for all guests. Throughout the barn there is stunning original beams, exposed Cotswold stone walls and many unique and wonderful features. Outside is beautiful garden with a large grass area, a new sunken hot tub, and a canopy space with a handmade solid wood dining table. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire barn, garden area, and hot tub. Other things to note The barn has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 guests. One bedroom is located in a maisonette style space, to access this area guests will need to climb a ladder staircase. This is not suitable for elderly, children (unless carefully supervised) or anyone with limited mobility. Guests use this ladder at their own risk. East Barn is located in a farm setting and many of the surrounding barns and properties are occupied with permanent residents and other guests, we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to an appropriate level. The housekeeping team will always aim to have the hot tub up to temperature for guests arrival, however due to the maintenance required between guest stays include fully emptying, cleaning, refiling and balancing chemicals, this may not always be possible and it may not be ready until later in the evening on your check in day. There is a secure fenced area directly from the rear of the barn which is secure for dogs to run free. Outside of this area the fencing which runs around the perimeter of the grounds is not 100% secure, therefore dogs should be supervised and secured when outside of the smaller fenced area.
