Beautiful and bright apartment on the Panxón pier, with stunning sea views from the living room and terrace. Just a few steps from the sand and surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy and all essential services. Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people, with direct beach access, air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the Rías Baixas. The space The apartment is designed so you can fully enjoy the beach and a comfortable stay. It accommodates up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a double sofa bed in the living room, right in front of the large window with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a rainfall showerhead, and a hair dryer. The inner terrace is perfect for quiet dinners and has a covered dining area, lighting, and a drying rack. Beach towels and loungers are included. There is air conditioning for summer, electric heating for winter, and fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Check-in is done through a smart lock via app, or with physical keys if preferred. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive and full access to the apartment, featuring bright, spacious rooms and areas designed for relaxing, sharing, and unwinding. From the sea-view living room to the private patio with outdoor dining, everything is prepared to make you feel at home—just steps from the beach. The access is entirely private, and the atmosphere is peaceful, as the apartment is part of a residential building with only 6 units, where only the main entrance is shared. Other things to note The apartment is located right on the beachfront, with no streets or buildings between the entrance and the sand. The living room and the seafront promenade of Panxón offer direct views of the ocean. Smart lock access – no physical keys are needed. You'll receive the access link 48 hours before check-in. A backup key is also available inside if preferred. The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator, accessible via stairs from the building entrance. No parties or events allowed. Please respect the quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM, especially on the terrace, as the building is residential. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. During peak season (July and August), parking right outside the apartment can be difficult. However, we’ll provide directions to free public parking areas within 5–10 minutes’ walk. We offer a baby crib and high chair free of charge. Just let us know in advance if you’ll need them. A cleaning fee of €50 applies per stay and covers full apartment preparation, including cleaning, disinfection, and fresh linens and towels.
