The space The Spanish House is located at the top of Tule Oak drive and is bordered by a citrus ranch. There is plenty of privacy with the large front and back yards creating distance between neighbors and the ranch. The Spanish House is extremely spacious and provides plenty of room to relax and comfortable spaces to gather. Guest access Guests have access to the yards in front of and behind the Spanish House. The back yard is complete with a deck for seating and dining, a covered patio, grass, and a fenced pool for guest access. A four car garage is available for parking with provided garage door openers. Other things to note **Please note that pets are not allowed at the Spanish House - an extra cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is disregarded** Please plan on purchasing food and beverages before your arrival, as Springville is (unfortunately) without a grocery store at this time. While grocery delivery to the Spanish House from Walmart is now available, please note that any deliveries must be scheduled for a time when you are present. Our team is unavailable to receive or store groceries on your behalf.
