Hello, my name is Piera and I am the owner of this Happy House that has been welcoming guests from all over the world since 2015. Our apartment is a cozy and bright house, located on the third and last floor and from the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains and the city of Aosta. We are centrally located and a few minutes' drive from every amenity (supermarkets, bars, tobacconists...), from the departure of the cable car to Pila and 30 minutes from Courmayeur and Saint Vincent. The space This bright attic is on the third floor in a single-family home in Sarre, 5 minutes from the city of Aosta. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The dreamy view and the exclusive garden that surrounds us are the most beautiful gift for our guests. Plus, we leave at your disposal a series of guides in which places and activities of the Aosta Valley are collected. In these guides you will find: - Castles - Waterfalls - Restaurants - Rites - Thrilling views - Hidden trails - Much more The house is bright, simple and comfortable. Its incredible view will transmit harmony and good humor to you every time you wake up. The apartment is divided as follows: - 1 large living room with sofa, TV and dining table; - 1 intimate bedroom with double bed; - 1 second bedroom with two single beds; - 1 functional kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes including an oven and microwave; - 1 spacious bathroom; - 1 sunny balcony with a view as far as the eye can see. From the garden, as from the balcony of the house, you can admire our magnificent valleys. Guest access We recommend that you reach us BY CAR because public transport in this area is limited. We will send you directions on HOW TO GET TO THE HOUSE before your arrival. Other things to note You won't have to worry about bringing sheets, towels, shampoo, or hand soap. SHEETS Bed linens and towels will be changed once a week. TOWELS Bath towels include a bath towel, a face-hand towel and a small towel for each guest with weekly change.
