Welcome to our pretty country house, rustic but comfortable and renovated in the original vintage spirit, classified 2-star Gîte de France, in a small village in the Forez mountains perched at an altitude of 800 m. Calm, fresh air, a nice view of the mountain and the forest, walks or bike rides to the Beal pass or cross-country skiing to the Loge pass, ping pong and jacuzzi, in short perfect for enjoying with family or friends 😊 The space Upstairs is the living space. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a toilet each, a bright living room giving access to a large terrace and a fitted kitchen. On the ground floor is the ping-pong room, laundry room and foosball, wood storage and… the Jacuzzi room with a Scandinavian atmosphere. To be specific, The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm), 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (2 x 90 cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 x 90 cm). The sofa bed in the living room folds out (140 cm). Recent and quality bedding. Baby crib available on request. In the kitchen: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, pastry robot, air fryer, all basic equipment, raclette and fondue machine to enjoy the mountain spirit. For your comfort: 6 high-end radiators and a modern wood-burning stove allow you to be warm even in very cold weather. For your safety: retractable barrier for the little ones, strong cold oven, fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detector - house up to standards and secure. Entertainment: TV just connected to a DVD player and some classics for all tastes and ages, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, board games and comics. Garden side: fully equipped Weber BBQ, sun loungers, and in July and August, a small above-ground pool (3.8 m in diameter, 1 m high) is available with its secure ladder. From November to April provide snow equipment: adapted tires or chains . Access to the house from the road is in practice cleared by snow hunting. Other things to note The living space of the house is on the first floor - this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of the stairs. For the safety of the little ones , barriers are available. But due to the presence of a staircase, a wood stove, and an elevated deck, do not leave your children unattended.
