St. Paul Two Bed Suite

This cozy two bed suite is conveniently nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that St. Paul and Minneapolis has to offer. Centrally located between both downtowns, just minutes from highway 94, Green Line Light Rail, Allianz Field, Minnesota State Fair, Hamline University, Concordia University and much more! This space is a renovated second floor apartment. Our family lives on the main floor of the home while you have private access to the suite with keyless entry. The space This home was an original farmhouse built in 1886 with charm and comfort in mind. The host family has lived in this quiet and friendly neighborhood for 30+ years. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space and beautiful gardens. Guest access Guests have private access and use of private space on second floor. One bed is in a true bedroom with a door while the other bed is located in a separate open space off of the living room. During your stay Guest interaction with host is up to the guest. We welcome getting to know guests and also honor guest's privacy. Host loves to leave baked treats on the step when time permits. Other things to note We love to help guests feel welcomed and offer all amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. As noted, the host family lives in the house and we welcome guests who will respect our space and rules.
