The oversized master bedroom has an attached 3/4 bath with separate vanities, a large walk-in closet, and a king sized bed with a brand new mattress. There is a large dresser, 2 night stands, a chair, under bed storage and a 54in flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a large wardrobe dresser and oversized closet. There is a den off the front entry with a sofa and small table/stool for setting up a laptop. We have an inflatable air mattress as well if you have short-term guests visiting. Guest access This is a private home in a private gated 55 and older community so you will have a gate code and/or gate opener and garage door opener upon check-in. Other things to note This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and there are ample recreational opportunities within a 5 minute walk. Lots of bike paths, pickleball courts, golf, tennis, basketball, you name it! There are aerobic classes offered and there is a lovely fitness center as well.
